30+ Division

Players in the 30+ division are between the ages of 30-47. Players 48+ who are looking for a higher level of competition are permitted to join this division, though players under age 48 are not permitted to join the 48+ division, regardless of skill level. The 30+ division is Ponce's most competitive division, though all skill levels are accepted, and very much welcomed. We have players of all skill levels and backgrounds in the 30+ division - from little league through professional baseball.

In this division, you will encounter a variety of pitch speeds - from the low-60's to the high-70's. But rest assured, most guys throw on the lower end of the spectrum. However, most pitchers are also capable of throwing different pitch types. You can expect to see fastballs, curveballs, sliders, and even an occasional knuckleball.
